“Holes in number plate did not match backing plate. Also fixing QR code did not work”

“As with any bespoke product there was a long wait to receive the order but Village Green kept us well informed along the way and the wait was worth it. The finished product is great. Beautiful and very high quality and looks great on our home. Would highly recommend.”

“Took too long to arrive ordered beginning of December and arrived march.when arrived thought was expensive for what it is. Lovely item and looks nice just the price let it down. Don’t think will be ordering again from this company.”

Hi Joanne, Thank you for leaving your review. We have looked into this for you and can see your order was placed on December 11th. Our standard delivery is 10 weeks inclusive of bank holidays/christmas, which takes us to the 24th February. I can see your order was shipped on the 25th February on a Next Day shipment, so this was on time. We are glad to hear you are happy with the sign received. Many thanks Village Green Signs

“I bought an "Apple and Blossom" sign as a house warming gift for a friend. He is absolutely delighted with it. So far I've only seen photographs, but I am very impressed. The design is lovely, and the artist has produced an apple that looks good enough to pick and eat. The quality of work is excellent. I am looking forward to seeing it, but he wants to repaint the front of his house before he fixes it to the wall. Customer Service is excellent. I made an error with the address (it not being my own), and I cannot fault the help that I received. I was kept well informed throughout the process of producing the sign, which was much quicker than I had expected. Delivery was prompt, and the delivery company provided an hour slot, and kept to that. I highly recommend Village Green Signs for the quality of the product, value for money, and level of service. I would most definitely consider making another purchase from this company. Philip L. Meers”

“The sign is great and does the job perfectly BUT the service is very slow and when you receive the product it is astonishing to find that it has taken so long to make. So, I would recommend but only if you don’t need the sign promptly.”

Therefore our turnaround time is up to 11 weeks as stated on our website. However, I can see that we were slightly delayed dispatching your order and I do apologise for this! “Quick tunaround and good quality. However I would have liked more flexibility in the design process. It was one of the better create your own design sites but I really wanted the ability to adjust the line spacing and to have control over the positioning of the text relative to the fixing holes. With my signs the screw covers impinge slightly on the lettering - completely avoidable if the customer had the ability to fine tune the design. Otherwise pretty good.”

We are only able to have a certain amount of standard templates for the layouts for our signs as the templates are pre-made by our design team. We do however offer a bespoke service where our designers can create your own layout and specifications :) If the screw covers do impede on the sign details, please email a full front-facing photo to support@villagegreensigns.co.uk so that we can look into this for you as this should not be the case.
