“Dear VGS-Team, we were absolutely happy with the close and individual communication from pre-order consulting to save delivery, and my daughter was really astonished with how much love and passion her individual wishes were realized by your artist! She will send a picture to you when the sign is mounted at it's place. Hope the neighbours will burst from jealousy and send you their order soon :). Thanks a million and kind regards from Germany, Hans-Jürgen”

“Village Green Signs have done an excellent job on our new house sign. If delivery from purchase was quicker, I would have given 5 out of 5. Having said that, the sign was certainly worth the wait.”

“Really happy with our sign. We were kept up to date with the progress of the sign and sent a mock up picture which helped us decide on a slight adjustment recommended by the team. The process took a while, but well worth the wait. Very happy with our unique sign.”

“ordered on the 2nd June arrived on the 21st August.... its ok but i expected more as their reason for the delay was blamed on it having to be recast as the artist wasnt happy. If id seen an example before i ordered i probably wouldnt have bothered. It doesn't look like cast iron and it has a completely matt finish not even a hint of a sheen which cast iron would have. I had to chase the company to find out where the sign was and then again to complain that i had to go to the back of the queue because of their recasting issue. They assured me i would be kept up to date however it turned up today without any notification from Village Signs. Courier was not to blame in the delivery delays it was all down to Village Signs. I understand issues arise but in my opinion i should have been contacted not just left ordering what was happening”

“The sign was very carefully packaged . We were delighted when we finally undid all the wrapping. It has been admired by many neighbours. We hadn't realised that the poppies would be in relief ! Beautifully painted . Couldn't be more pleased . Searched many sites before deciding to order this sign. Thank you so much .”
