“Our order was submitted and accepted. Later we were advised there would be a two week delay due to a change of premises. Nothing further was heard. Only when we enquired were we advised there would be a further delay. Again nothing was heard. Only when we threatened to cancel the Order did it magically appear. Delivery was to be by DPD. Date and time were advised. Did not arrive nor on the next day. Informed Village Green. New delivery date and time were sent. This time we got our Order.”

“Took a couple of months to arrive but well worth waiting for. Our house nameplate has exceeded our expectations. Customer Services were very helpful and prompt in responding to my questions regarding the status of my order. Very pleased. Thank you.”

“Due to issues ordering from a more mainstream company we looked at alternatives. The first thing I do when I'm looking at companies I've not used previously is to look at online reviews and the reviews for Village Green signs were amazing. The products looked really good and our delivered sign is great quality slate and was at a really reasonable price.”
