“I went to the showroom in formby to order my bathroom suite the sales person called bill dealt with my order he had good customer service knowledge and was very helpful, the delivery arrived 6 days after being ordered with no hassle what so ever, I’d recommend this company to anyone”

“Well I messed up. I ordered a pump and it promptly arrived. When the plumber came to install it we both realised that a small detail has had been left out of the order and therefore the pump was negative and not positive or vice versa. Entirely our fault. But Victorian plumbing took back the part and immediately compensated me for my expense. I was impressed with the speed of their action and with the no quibble understanding of the situation. Many thanks.”
