“We visited with our dog as an emergency case on a weekend. Right from speaking to the lady in reception, you were really helpful. The vet we saw was great with our dog (usually she has to be muzzled at our normal vets) not this time though. I’d definitely recommend you!”

“I was dreading to leave my Dachshund, and best friend Dusty alone without me, but I had nothing to worry about, the staff could not be nicer and more caring, Dusty has been through so much lately and the ladies were so kind and caring, thank you for looking after Dusty while she was so sick, she is back to her old self now thanks to you all. Bless you x x x”

“The care they showed our dog Lacey was excellent and the compassion they showed all the family when no further treatment was available and we decided with the vets support to PTS was beyond their remit as they gave us loads of time to say goodbye. When we collected her ashes again real understanding and compassion was shown.”

“The treatment of my dog Tara was excellent. Unfortunately she had to be put to sleep during her time at Vets Now. I’m very thankful to the vets who gave her the best of care. I found them very sympathetic but professional. They made a very difficult time a little easier with their understanding. I can’t thank them enough.”

“A rush visit to vets now when our 1 year old pup had an allergic reaction. As it was out of hours vets now provided a vital service for pets which gave us great peace of mind and comet got the emergency care he needed. The allergy was treated and he was well and back to his usual self in 24 hours.”
