“The vet was extremely helpful. They carefully explained the procedure and aftercare my dog needed. Thankfully, they offered the medical attention my dog needed and he is fully recovered. They also had an insurance form ready for me to complete at reception and promptly forwarded this to my insurance company.”

“Vet wise - I only actually met Pam at Vets Now Glasgow. She gave me loads of info which helped me to make a decision re my pets treatment. She was very prifessiobal and took time to explain everything. She was also really good with my dog. One thing i noticed on my first visit was the ripped sofa's in the reception area. They dont give the impression that the hosputal is state of the art as described in the website. Also whilst discussing my dogs life term prognosis the intern Connor" said that dogs with her type of tumour are usually dead by 9 months. We were actually shocked by his term of phrase - using the word "dead". Whilst we know long term future is limited for our dog we dont need to be told that she will be "dead". I found this quite distressing. I feel that Connor could have been mindful of his audience and used different terminology. Other thsn thst I'm really pleased with the service. Thanks”

“As a first time kitten mother I was so worried when Lana’s stitches got infected. Vets Now made me feel so calm and I knew Lana was in safe hands and getting the best care. The staff were so welcoming and put my mind at ease - I’m not a terrible kitten mother lol!”
