“They were caring and looked after us during a difficult time. Unfortunately Bobbie was very ill but that evening the vet hosted 6 family members whilst we said goodbye giving us time and kindness. The facilities and staff where excempelary.”

“The vet listened to our concerns regarding our critically ill dog who was in an acute phase of heart failure ..she acted quickly making the dog comfortable the vet was honest and open regarding the treatments and the possible outcome .. the vet was professional / caring in her approach .. if it wasn’t for vets now my little dog wouldn’t have been with us today ... thank you 🐾 as we have her with us for a little longer and Is comfortable .. we cannot thank you enough for care and treatments received”

“After I knew it was time to let my dog go. The after hours team gave an excellent service. I may have waited a while to be seen but that turned out to be a good thing because it gave me time to prepare. The team I saw was compassionate and empathetic and explained exactly what was going to happen. They made a very difficult time a little easier. I am grateful for that.”
