“I did not get what I ordered. 4 days later was without the nicotine levels I need. No reply to my email. 2nd email no reply. Called up and was resolved really well. For some reason they'd not received my recent emails. Sent out replacement and paid for me to return the wrong item. Pretty good service in the end :)”

“I've bought 6 new batteries in the past 2 months but unfortunately only 2 of the batteries have charged. I've had this problem before and Customer Service were very quick to replace the batteries but given how many I have bought that have not worked, it does make me lose faith in the product.”
