“Even one star is overly exceeding, no stars if I could. I had a very bad experience, first I am still waiting for my evod 650 electronic cigarette, that I ordered on the 27th November next day delivery !!!! Vapourlite did send me another evod 650, but I never received the one I ordered on the 27th that was offered to me as goodwill. This was after a very unpleasant experience with a very unprofessional advisor called Tracy, who started shouting and having a go at me when I called to querie my order. Idid speak to a manager and reported this ‘Tracy’ but I am not sure if anything was done at all, as I never got an apology. I requested that they play the call from their recordings to hear how this advisor had treated me. Shame as me and my husband have spend a lot of money through this site!”

“It would have been 5 stars if I could use PayPal to pay. I was able to do this in the past, but some reason during the past few months, it's not possible to use any payment method on-line so I telephoned and placed my order.”
