“Since you moved from Seaham to Peterlee I have noticed a change in the quality of customer service, for the worse, unfortunately. Therefore I do not purchase as much or as often as I once did. This is partly due to the removal of certain items, which I once bought regularly, from the catalogue.”

“Been using Vapour (formally Vapourlites) products for 5 years now, great service and value for money (especially with the regular coupon codes they give out) certainly the best way to give up smoking, as I'd previously tried all the other methods with no success, since I started usig vapour, I have never even thought about smoking again.”
