“Delivery is prompt and reliable Website is easy to use Bear bug I always seem to get my discount vouchers just after I make a order as a regular customer it would be nice to be treated as an individual”

“Good web site,like the monthly reductions you give,delivery of items ordered very quick.good service. A rating of the different vapours could be good as sometimes not sure if you get a better vape with the more expensive vapours. ( not wanting to look like a train going up the street)”

“Excellent service and very prompt delivery, even when not choosing next day delivery the order is delivered only a few days later. Only on one occasion was my next day delivery not delivered quick and even then I got back my delivery charge. The product I get regularly is great, I always order oils from Vapourlites, no where else I have found is the same standard, wouldn’t buy from anywhere else, thanks!”

“A straight forward site which is easy to navigate and has everything a Vape user would want. A good selection of mods, kits and liquids at very good prices. The regular savings options are excellent as well. The purchase process is very simple and delivery is on time and as expected 99.99% of the time. The one time part of my order was not able to be filled I was notified the same day as delivery and I had a refund in my account by the next working day. You really could not ask for better service!”

“The service and delivery was excellent well packaged and prompt. I had the 50/50 caramel and cinnamon in 3mg. It is a great vape loads of vapour and a wonderfull taste a mellow flavour and not too sweet. I will definitely be reordering again.”

“I had been a customer of vaporlites for many years in fact I have two accounts with them I was severely disappointed in what happened to how they went about selling their goods when they were going through their clearance regime I don’t know what rubbish they put in those liquids and they were throwing them out at one point at around 25p per bottle they rubbished their brand and they put a third class liquid in their bottles now in order to drum up business they have to resort to selling other branded liquids and have a limited own brand range which they managed to destroy I suggest you make a proper liquid the way you used to and put them at proper value prices it’s amazing how some of your liquids are so disgusting and you’ve actually got the audacity to sell them at 5 pounds and bring them down to a pound sorry it’s harsh but that’s how I feel you want a review I’m giving it I bought your cola range recently five bottles I put the liquid in my mini nautilus tank and it destroyed the coil and again did not taste great I complained and was offered very kindly five bottles of my choice and asked for the 50-50 cherry menthol bottles which they said they would send they never arrived I then on their recent sale purchased 10 additional bottles of the cherry menthol range plus other bottles and funny enough they arrived the next day?!!!”
