“I placed an order (no:497432). At the time I was offered a 10% discount, this was not applied to my order even though I entered it at the time of placing my order. I left a number of messages on your websites chat facility asking why the discount was not applied. However I have never received a reply. I can only say that your customer service is not very good.”
