“I have been using Vapour.com for a number of years now and wouldn’t use anywhere else! The products are fantastic, so much so that I don’t use anywhere else for my oils, I always shop here. The delivery service is great also and is delivered very quick! Would highly recommend!”

“I have used vapour.com for a number of years. The buying process is easy, the goods are top quality and the customer service is brilliant! The couple of times I have used it, the problem has been sorted that same day, as response is so quick. Wouldn’t use anywhere else!”

“Always easy and prompt — with the free delivery it consistently arrives about 36 hours after my evening purchase online. My only complaint would be that I spent some while using the discount codes, that you sent periodically, to buy bulk batches of E Liquid, stocking up when the best rates were available, unaware that a (usually) better discount was routinely available by buying it in XPacks! ...More fool me! So, now I know this, the chances are that I won't be needing the discount you offer for people who review your service (good or bad). Keep it up!”

“Having been a customer of Vapour.com for some time now, I can honestly say that I am very comfortable with the quality of the products I order, the speed of despatch and the accessibility of the customer care team. My one and only gripe - I live in a fairly remote house which is located on an unmarked road - is that the current contractors are chronically unable to deliver any order over a certain value. (This despite clear instructions!) Having come to terms with this one and only flaw, I now place orders under the value I’d like to.”
