“I only use vapour.com products it is what I am most comfortable with. I have a problem with their delivery service DHL are not very compatible with working people should use Royal mail they put delivery in post box no signature required.”

“My first experience purchasing my vape liquid online. This was due to my local shop no longer stocking my favourite brand. The Vapour.com website was superbly laid out with excellent images and descriptions of their products. An easy to navigate site made ordering and purchasing my products very easy indeed. My purchases were delivered next day neatly packaged. The best online shopping experience I have utilised. Well done.”

“We have been shopping with vapor for some time without issue. Sadly we received an item with a faulty filter. We rang up and spoke to helpful customer service staff and determined it was faulty and replacement received next day. You can tell a lot about a company about now they handle problems and very happy with the resolution to our problem. Keep up the good work.”
