“The product has been poor on my recent orders. Customer Service have been brilliant, even sending out now products but I am having the same problems where the charge doesnt stay long and the battery is lighting up on its own and hissing even though its not being used.”

“Your prices for accessories like batteries are good but you are being considerably undercut on e liquids prices by other suppliers to the extent that I no longer purchase them from Vapour even though you offer discounts and free delivery. It is still cheaper to buy from certain other suppliers without discounts and free delivery. Thanks”

“I am happy with the site and bought many items like juice and coils at good prices. I wish my vouchers would let me buy other items that are not Vapour related because I have to use other sites to get a cheap prices.”

“Great product, shame you courier service lets you down. I dont mind paying extra for speedy delivery, but 3 days later than expected and a load of hassle, no thanks! Called your Customee Services and got no response.”
