“Awesome service - Great Price! - I bought a Pax Flow - as the price was way cheaper than other retailers were asking. Delivery was quick, all worked as expected, however, a couple of weeks later I had an issue where it refused to boot up. I emailed asking if they knew of any fix (I had looked online but found nothing of help as the flow is so new). I received a quick reply from James, then a couple of follow ups as he liased with Pax directly, he sorted out a replacement and shipped it out to me within a couple of days. 6/5 for customer service!”

“Commande depuis la France,emballé à la perfection. Commandé le 8 décembre et reçu le 23. Ce sont les douanes qui ont été lent, la période de noël ne doit pas aider. Pensez aux droits de douanes. TVA + 3€ de frais de traitement pour ma part.”

“Hi, I can only comment on your web site and delivery as the Vapman Click is a Christmas gift and I ain’t allowed to use until very early on the 25th, happy to come back post 25th.Your web site extremely easy to navigate and from o placed order to delivery exceptional.
