“I have yet to try many other online Vape shops but VapeUK/VapeUKCBD seems to be very customer focused and extremely helpful in their responses to my (many) email l queries about various products! I purchase all my CBD vape oils from the CBD site and they are of good quality and again the staff answering my queries seem to have good knowledge of the products they are sending. I also had a faulty product and had it replaced swiftly and without any fuss. The only gripe I have is if you are purchasing from the CBD site and the non CBD site - when buying new oil on one and replacement pods on the other -there is no way of linking purchases across the sites (yet) and so it is hard to qualify for the free delivery threshold.... However when I emailed to question this I was very helpfully refunded my delivery costs with proof purchase that it would have amounted to qualify for the free delivery. Now that is great customer service right there! I have recommended to my friends and know they have purchases. So yes, recommended for a good all round purchasing experience :-)”

We have a brand new, fully redeveloped site currently underway, which will amalgamate our main Vape UK and Vape UK CBD sites into one, allowing you to order all your favourite products directly from one site, without the need to navigate between the two, and pay additional postage costs. “All aspects were great! At first the site comes across as a dodgy site which I haven’t heard about but my order arrived 2 days after the order was placed. Have already recommended Vape UK to my relatives as they have found it difficult to vape while avoiding shops. Package arrived in great condition with a Free sample of Riot Salt: Peach and a mint chocolate square, nice touches! Hi Mandela, Thank you for leaving a review, sorry to hear you were experiencing issues on our website, all our age verification checks are carried out by our card processing software when payment is taken, without the need to verify your age on our site. When a customer first lands on our site, there are no immediate requests for age verification, only when you go through the checkout process do we then request you tick the box to state you are old enough, but without the need to enter any information, just confirmation by ticking the box. I can see you successfully placed your order, so hopefully you got round the issues you were experiencing but if you do have such problems in the future, just drop us an email and we will help assist further.
