Hi Sean, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, why didn't you just pop us an email instead and we would have happily looked into this for you and issued a refund for the faster delivery service which wasn't fulfilled by Royal Mail. I must add that the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service is not a guaranteed next day delivery service and we advise customers to allow up to 3 working days, as detailed in our delivery information throughout the checkout process. “Update to my recent review on VapeUK regarding my purchase being not updated at checkout, upon reading my review VapeUK contacted me and realised that the checkout discount had not worked as it should immediately refunded the expected saving. I was extremely impressed that they read the review and once an issue is highlighted immediately addressed it, I mean let's be honest that's great customer care right there, so hats off to you VapeUK.
