“Bought SMOK NORD in March and after 1 month of using it it broke, despite this I got in contact with the customer service team over email and they got my details and asked me to send my vape in for inspection. Two days later I received an email informing me They have sent out a replacement vape for FREE! They also included a spare pod and two coils and a liquid. Highly recommend this company”
