“Superb range of premium products. I purchased the Aegis boost pro pod kit which did not disappoint in clouds and flavour. This was paired 5 of the premium juices for £20, this equates to the best value for money. The icing on the cake being the generous loyalty scheme that is given on every purchase that you buy. Always delivered quickly with no dramas. The customer service is second to none, and always a good in depth knowledge of products.”

Everything is dispatched immediately, there has never been a delay and the added gifts of chocolate and free liquid samples is a really nice touch. On the rare occasion when there has been an issue with stock of a product their customer service have been excellent getting in contact right away to offer a substitute or a refund.”

“My new cube pod vape arrived and included 2 refill coil tops. After opening and beginning to use my vape to then use my refill coil top to then discover it had no white filter inside of the coil so doesn’t work when attempting to vape it begins to flash green then red and wasting 3 quarters of liquid as this wasn’t recognised until afterwards and never having this problem before.”

“Ordered some Sony 18650 batteries to replace over-used ones no longer holding a decent charge. Good price, including for delivery/postage. Arrived securely and safely packaged in a recycle-friendly outer faster than I was expecting in the current circumstances. Batteries as described, and I'm now enjoying not having to swap and recharge them as often as I was with the old ones. Just need to wait for the end of Lockdown 3 to get somewhere with a battery-recycling bin.”

“Was one of the few places I could get a bubble glass and extention for the smok tfv9 and found the process of registering and ordering very user friendly with a good range/price . Only fault I can find was a later than advised delivery , was expected 31/12 but didn't arrive till 05/01 , in current situation that isn't bad but should really be factored into initial arrival date”
