“I am extremely happy. Today I received my Sigelei Chronus vape which i got on a sale which from what I can see from other websites who sell that same product was a very good price to pay for the product. I was very happy with the delivery as it came exactly when it was meant to, packaged really well. Unfortunately I haven't been able to test out the product as yet as the drip tip broke off, however I would like to compliment the staff especially Jordan and Antony who dealt with my issue. I rung up to explain my issue to Jordan who straight away was understanding and apologetic about the situation and advised me to email in with pictures. Despite having issues with there systems I received an email within the hour stating they would resolve the issue and get the new part sent out and also advised what I would need to do when the new part arrived. I am extremely happy with the customer service, the people who dealt with my issue were very kind and resolved the issue so efficiently I really cannot complain, seriously cannot express how happy I am with the customer service i received today, I felt anxious about the situation, worried the company would be difficult and not want to replace the part or would have to send back the whole kit so was really pleased with how they dealt with the situation and felt completely at ease and confident the problem would be resolved just from the phone call with Jordan. So again thank you so much.”
