Hi Chloe, We contacted you following your review and in correspondence with yourself requested you return the device to us, but we never heard anymore from you, as we were expecting it back to process a refund for you. Although a considerable amount of time has now passed, if by chance you still have the product and its original packaging, the offer of a refund is still there for you if you wish to return it to us. Kind regards, Michael @ Vape UK.

“Good at responding after I realised I ordered the wrong coils but the pods I purchased wasn’t what I ordered either. Only realised when I got them. It wasn’t worth complaining about but disappointed that a mistake was made.”
