“Shipping arrived over 100 hours late, despite paying for a tracked express delivery. Courier choice needs to be updated to a more reliable one. However, the contents were in good condition and not damaged, and the price was reasonable. Scale and selection of goods on offer was impressive. Will use again as to ensure this shipping problem was a one off, but if shipping continues to be an issue, I will be changing to a different online retailer. I am aware that VapeUK has no control over delivery after dispatch, but changing courier (or offering different options) would remedy this for me.”

“Ordered twice! First order was perfect. The bubble glass for my NRG se Mini fitted perfectly and I’m well satisfied too, but my second order, a few days later, which I assumed would be the same fell short of the mark by 2mm! Size is everything when you need a snug fit! Have not returned it as not worth the hassle or postage. Would rather like a replacement but that would be asking too much I presume? Sorry only one star for my second order chaps.......”
