“I was having some issues with a kit I had ordered (the mod charging port kept malfunctioning after a couple of days (probably a manufacturer error and not VapeUK's mistake)) and the customer service I received was fantastic. The agent, Michael, was very helpful and understanding, and stands testament to the fact that stressful/annoying problems can be fully resolved with exemplary customer service. Very grateful for VapeUK and their attitude toward their customers. I recommend their services.”
