“Ordered from here a couple of times, first time was my juice which was cheaper than anywhere else I could find and got to my door in under 48 hours with free delivery even during this covid-19 pandemic. Second time I ordered loads of coils for the cleito 120 tank, then a day later decided I wanted to try the falcon 2 tank and therefore had no use for the coils, emailed late at night asking if I could amend the order, already had a response by the time i woke up the next morning, unfortunately they had already shipped the coils but they provided me with a link that took me straight to the royal mail website so I could print off a return label. Customer service is very efficient and helpful, which in my experience is more than can be said for some vape companies. Whole experience with them has been very good. Will definitely use again.”
