“I rate Vape UK but the delivery service is not the type of service I want to use. Paid for next day to be told delivery was attempted but unsuccessful, they even took a picture of where it was and it did not look like my street at all! Next day same again could not deliver to them try again the next day, Sunday is the next day and nothing was attempted. Monday it finally arrived. Very frustrating.”

“I recently bought the Voopoo drag mini and it is awesome, previously had a few smoks and aspires. Smoks have been ace but are heavy and the drag mini is light in comparison. Always quick delivery and great customer service when I have had issues (with the aspires) Would definitely recommend the vape British tobacco liquid as it doesn't leave my chest feeling heavy and has a smooth taste to it.”

“On-line shopping as it should be. First off the site is easy to navigate, intuitive and well laid out. Plus there are customer reviews available, and most would seem genuine given that even the less favourable reviews are against the relative products. Price seems on par with the market, but given that you can earn points through the loyalty scheme you could argue that pushes Vape UK towards market leading. Ordering is easy, with fast payment and delivery times that can be varied/paid for. Customer service is excellent. One instance Vape UK found they were one item short for an order, got on the phone straight away confirmed a suitable replacement/flavour and still got the order out the same day. A second instance saw them respond to a request over and above their standard terms, and again they excelled. I am confident that where things sometimes go wrong, that happens in life, Vape UK will do whatever is within their power to get everything back on track. One very happy customer.”
