“Very disappointed with product as it set alight in my hands as I was smoking it around customers in my beer garden. I would like a full refund immediately, you can see the damage to the product due to it setting on fire below, I was forced to throw the product onto the beer garden table to remove the batteries as smoke and fire we're coming out of the device and you are lucky it did not explode or burn my hands. The batteries got that hot you could not hold them afterwards. My order number was 117098. If a full refund is not given immediately I will be contacting the appropriate licensing facilities.”
