Hi Silviana, We informed you by email yesterday following your initial contact with us that DPD were investigating the whereabouts of your parcel within their delivery network as a lost item and that I would be resolving this for you within 24 hours, today. Hi Santeri, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, your order was placed on the evening of the 7th of July and left us on the 8th of July. International shipments to Europe can take up to 15 working days to be successfully delivered.
