Ordered on sunday paid for express delivery and still not received customer service non existent tried the live chat and emailed no response terrible i would avoid

Wrong stock received. Took days to get in touch. Requested me to return Wrong item but I have no printer available at home and refunding money only when they will receive they're Wrong stock back. So I have to find printer travel to post office and wait because of their error

Ordered my items and when they arrived they were both faulty! One had the taste of burnt cotton and the other had leaked in its packaging I contacted them on 10/11 to which they replied on 13/11 and pleasantly I was surprised as they offered a replacement straight away. I was informed replacement products would be sent out and then on 15/11 they messaged advising they don’t have one of the products in stock and advised me to chose another flavour I picked a replacement which was cheaper than what I bought and didn’t ask for a refund of the difference or anything as I was happy with the solution provided However it is now today the 20th of November and the product still hasn’t been sent out and the tracking number still shows as it is with the sender Now I was happy initially provided but it does not take 7 days from last contact to still not have sent products out which are in stock. I have heard nothing from this company for the past 5 days and still no update on the delivery! Honestly! I feel like they let there customer service go as soon as I gaslighted them advising that I give them a 5* review on the back of a happy resolution they provided on the back of faulty products being sent out (photo evidence provided to store) So all this time later and I still haven’t had my replacement product and no further contact from Vaper Shop. Started of really well and went down the pan real quick.

Ordered 2 vape pens to then be told 3 days later they're not in stock and I could either have a model I didn't want with a partial refund or I have to wait. Poor service, would have been good to be told no stock straight away.

Was ok at first dealing with issues, ordered a derwin cbd disposable vape pen which came faulty which they replaced very quickly with another faulty one🤦‍♂️ and this happened 3 times in total faulty, damaged and damaged , each time I complained took longer for them to reply. I finally got an email from them saying that a replacement has been sent, and then a few hours later another email saying due to a technical error we have ran out of that flavour” would you like another another flavour or refund, which I replied YES!! And that was a week ago and still no reply 🧐…. So please be careful from ordering from this company, they we’ll deal with your first issues quick then each issue after that we’ll take longer and longer, sending you faulty product one after another.

Ordered a Darwin CBD disposable vape, it came through the post I unboxed it and it didn't work. I've messaged twice and heard nothing at all back. Very disappointed and will not be using your website again.

1* for product. However stock levels not updated accordingly on the website. Delivery time was dire. Just under two weeks. For these issues I was given an extra two free vapes however when arrived one was damaged. Contacted by email and no reply. Won’t use this online store again!

Avoid this company. Ordered my vape over a week ago. On day two I got an email stating that it was out of stock and to choose another flavour. I replied straight away with the new flavour. Guess what?, we are now day 8. Still no vape, still no response on emails, no calls are answered by this company either. I’m sure it’s a scam! Just give me a full refund if your not going to give me my order!!!

Took almost a week to arrive despite me paying for 48hr tracked, and when it arrived it was a dud. Doesn't work. And the previous order I made with them was faulty as you take a puff and it carries on smoking afterwards.
