Horrible product. Doesn't state its based on a strain of cannabis and reads as a knock off flavouring of the skittles brand, its called zittles... it tastes like chemical waste product and causes a bad throat burn. It's meant to be cbd, not replicating smoking a joint with a rancid taste and throat hit to mimic inhaling black smoke.

I placed an order at 2pm on Monday. I paid £4.95 for express 1-2 day shipping as I needed the package by Friday. The order has continued to simply say "awaiting fulfilment" still now for the last 48 hours.I could deal with this if anyone from the store would reply to me or tell me what this means or how long it normally takes. However no-one replies via email or the online chat. There is no contact number. Nowhere does it explain what "awaiting fulfilment" means. At this point I just want a refund.

This item broke as the pod does not fit into the actual vape… it keeps clicking or popping back out so I’m unable to use it

If you reach out to us again via email, we'll do our best to get your issue sorted for you. We did try to contact you a couple of times to explain that we weren't able to send out the correct item to you as it had gone out of stock but we didn't hear back from you. If you email us, we have more stock that we can get to you or we will happily send you an alternative or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Would never ever purchase anything from this company again, I bought a item that became faulty within a week so I sent it back after being send a pre paid label but they never received it and as I can’t find my postal receipt they have never contacted me again, it wasn’t for a lot of money say £25 but that’s not service for sure - KEEP AWAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have placed my order on the 16th of December and I haven't received it yet... On top of this no body is responding... I understand that is Christmas, but I am very dissapointed by the service. Where is my order???

I didn't receive the items I ordered. I have emailed twice & contacted them through chat. Absolutely no reply to any way I contact them. Really poor service, really poor customer service, won't order again from this online store. Absolute waste of time. Having to go through my bank for a refund!!
