I ordered a product. It got delivered to the wrong address been contacting customer service for the past week and still haven't heard anything back. Very disappointing just be careful

Avoid this company. Ordered my vape over a week ago. On day two I got an email stating that it was out of stock and to choose another flavour. I replied straight away with the new flavour. Guess what?, we are now day 8. Still no vape, still no response on emails, no calls are answered by this company either. I’m sure it’s a scam! Just give me a full refund if your not going to give me my order!!!

Took almost a week to arrive despite me paying for 48hr tracked, and when it arrived it was a dud. Doesn't work. And the previous order I made with them was faulty as you take a puff and it carries on smoking afterwards.

Absolutely awful company. Order was supposed to 48 hour tracked but arrived over a week later, tracking was supplied but it stated it was held at their own warehouse for 4 days and not even dispatched. Didn’t even get the correct items as ordered banana elf bar and got cola. Tried to contact through email as that is the only way as their live chat never connects to an agent, and never receive a response.

Sent me a Darwin cbd vape, which doesn’t work, I paid 17.00 for it, I’ve tried contacting them for a replacement unit to which there customer service team haven’t even bothered to reply to my email or sent out a replacement. Not happy and for this reason such a low score and there customer service sucks… please feel free to contact me with my replacement and I might change the review!!!!!

We will always investigate and aim to resolve such issues with our couriers. We will always replace parcels which are entirely lost by couriers or provide customers with a full refund, whichever is preferred.
I only received part of my order. Out of the 3 cbd bars ordered I received 2 and one of those was faulty! In reality I paid the price of 3 cbd bars for one!!! I’m a chronic pain sufferer and rely on cbd bars to help, money is quite tight at the moment as this is the last thing I needed. Countless messages via live chat and email to customer services have gone unanswered or the promise that someone will get back to me which never happens. Such a shame but my experience has been terrible I’ve given them plenty of chances to sort this out to no avail… awful customer service... I’m out of pocket!

Hi Simon, I can see from your tracking that all of your items were eventually received. We can only apologise for the particular courier's delays in this instance that meant that your parcel arrived later than expected. Unfortunately, there is very little we can do to have any influence over the 1-2% of parcels that get delayed in the courier network from time to time. The vast majority of our parcels arrive on time, as can be seen in our other positive reviews.

I placed an order at 2pm on Monday. I paid £4.95 for express 1-2 day shipping as I needed the package by Friday. The order has continued to simply say "awaiting fulfilment" still now for the last 48 hours.I could deal with this if anyone from the store would reply to me or tell me what this means or how long it normally takes. However no-one replies via email or the online chat. There is no contact number. Nowhere does it explain what "awaiting fulfilment" means. At this point I just want a refund.
