“Great customer service. Received a phone call shortly after getting an on line quote and the customer service representative went through the questions once more. I was expecting a price rise as is so often the case when using comparison sites but they were true to their word and the quote. Bravo, why cant more be like this?”

“I insured my van through van linedirect Sunday night and Monday morning I completed the application online and I received a call from Nosiphiwo Mute. Who was very pleasant and helpful to deal with it was a pleasure to have dealt with her and I hope that if I have any queries please put me on to her to help me through my problem”

“From looking online to purchase of my new policy, it took less effort than cooking myself dinner!! Van Line Direct has an easy to use website, even for a technophobe like me!! “This is the first time I’ve insured a commercial vehicle and found it a little different to insuring a car. I found it a bit more complex and intrusive. Having completed the transaction online I immediately received a telephone call from the insurer who then went through all the details again with me. I don’t quite understand why they did that. I was also asked to listen to an eternal automated message about terms and conditions etc. It seemed to go on for an age with many aspects not relevant to me.”
