“After receiving an email with a renewal quote, I subsequently received another email letting me know it hadn’t been possible to collect the amount payable from my account. Although not sure why this was the case, after a very short phone call the problem was quickly resolved by a very helpful and efficient member of staff! Many thanks 👍”
