“I was really pleased with the excellent personal service getting insurance for our modified van. We originally got a quote from van compare but had to be passed over to Aaron at business compare for our specialist cover. It's been a pleasure dealing with Aaron and with a company where the phone is always answered promptly, you soon get through to a real person, they can trace your case automatically by seeing the phone number you're ringing from (why can't all telesales businesses do this - it's a pain repeating yourself every time you ring up!!) Van/ businesscompare ring back when they say they will, all the staff speak to you like you're having a normal conversation not just a script, and they keep you informed throughout the process (it took them a bit more effort to find an insurer for our vehicle) . Dealing with van and business compare made getting difficult insurance quite painless!”
