“I made contact regarding a renewal as I was reviewing my options and contacted VanCompare . Rachel took the enquiry, was extremely compettent and thorough going through the options and current information and came back with help from her team to provide a competitive price for renewal. What i did not like was the 15-20 minute auto messaging conditions and costs etc at the end covering every eventuality.”

“I took the insurance but plauged by your call centre,first call silent on end,2nd call silent,3rd call I said I've took the insurance,4th call take me off the list.blocked number.29 attempts to call me first day and its getting over 20 today..”

My hearing difficulty, although I do use hearing aids does still cause some problems over the phone and it is very much appreciated when someone is helpful and patient when communication becomes difficult.
