Do not use. I was guaranteed a good price. Rang up to added ncb to my policy and my policy went up nearly £100. But now I'm stuck for the year. Won't use them again or recommend them. Sharks. I'll be very surprised if I even get my ncb back at the end of the policy.

Dont bother, will give you a good quote and then you have to ring the broker and be told they cant do it at that price, wasted 4 hours on this pile of tat only to go on comparethemarket and got it done and dusted within 25 mins, total messers. I would put 0 if possible.

South african rip-off merchants. Take £4 off you and then say you have to phone to confirm, then you find out you can't have the low price quote but only the £800 most expensive quote of all the quoted prices. So I say forget it but then I'm told I lose the £4. Do that 100 times a night, not a bad little earner!

The guy was speaking in monotone all the way through. He kept asking me some questions 2 or 3 times and got annoyed when i did not know how many miles per year i did, as i've had the van 2yrs, which was mostly through a pandemic. He then gave me a quote, which i used my 7yrs no claim from my car, which was £450 +, where as my insurance quoted £467.04 which i only had 2yrs no claim on. Your company advertises that most people save about £114, than staying with their own insurance. I feel this is a rip off, especially that he asked what my insurance quoted for this year. He took all my details, including my email address, which i don't think you need unless i was to take up your offer of insurance.

Less like zero , rude consultants , poor service , lie about the valuation , when you pay full payment. Then call to you and inform about mistakes on web page and you need pay more or if you asking about a full refund , this Company deducted orginal payment by £25.00 as a service fee. ZERO COMPANY , NO TRUST. RUDE STAFF

Sokd my van 4 months ago and canceled my insurance and direct debit , be warned this company saved my full card details and withdrew £150 from my bank 4 months later even though the direct debit was canceled phoned bank and they told me theve took it through a card payment so theve saved all m card details even the 3 number pin on the back . Completely illegal and I will be taking it further

Rip off company. Avoid. I took out a policy, was uncomfortable with the customer service (their behaviour made me concerned it was a scam) so cancelled it within a hour. They ignored the cancellation, contacting me the next day to confirm the policy. When i explained I had cancelled it they advised a £25 fee for the privilege. Insisted it was in the terms and conditions I agreed to. When I asked where I could find a copy of them, they refused to provide and just kept repeating I had ticked a box on the application agreeing to them. Reporting to the FCA

Cancelled my insurance due to no driving licence number but let me open the policy and pay over 500 pound before cancelling my policy and putting me down as a cancelsasion

Dreadful company, customer service is shocking. All I wanted to do was change my address as moved house to a new build estate. They could not find the new address....really....after numerous calls & speaking to so many people they cancelled my policy which I was then charge for cancelling the policy. Shocking service. Everything else I had to change address on they all found the address.

Rip off company after purchasing insurance online and paying a deposit they hounded me with phone calls to confirm after I have already spoken to them they then inflated the original price I then informed them that did not want the policy that had not even started and ask for a refund they told me I can only have 20% of the deposit and will automatically cancel it no managers there To speak to only call centre staff would not refer anyone to this site

Don’t bother, after refusing to insure me as I live in a mobile home which has its own address ( and has had for 15 yrs) it’s the van they insure not the property, then I made a mistake on no claims bonus so they doubled my premium. I paid policy in full and when I cancelled after 4 weeks got back less than half my money. Don’t ever pay in full for a policy, pay monthly cause if you need to cancel you won’t be stitched up.

I used van compare for 3 months when I exited the contract after selling my van they charged me double what the policy was worth, I have requested an itemized breakdown of why there are extra fees and they refused, When I explain the mathematical amount for 3 months plus cancelation fee is less than theyre charge they just read a script and do not supply information requested, from experience I would say they rip people off and hide behind legal terminology. AVOID THEM

All they do is bombard you with calls you speak to them they say okay blah blah then you get another 2 different numbers calling you all from same people had to block 4 different number in total do not put your number its non stop calling alllllllll day its ridiculous

Van broke down engine blow up so canceled pokicy and was charged £190 to get out of policy which they took £100 out of my account with out my permission make sure you read the fine print in these time fucked me

Dreadful. I bought a policy today and wanted to cancel, after they increased the premium by £300. My instruction to cancel was 20 minutes after the deposit was paid. They flout the cooling off period as stated in the Consumer Act and charge you £25.00, should you wish to cancel. I have had no written confirmation from them regarding this policy, nor anything regarding my instruction to cancel. I do not even have a policy number, but they have my deposit of £ 159. Reported to the financial ombudsman.

Stay clear of this cowboy firm. They wanted an extra £10 a month just so i can comute to work in my van, eventhough i already told them it was to comute in. Then they tried billing me £75 cancellation fee when the policy was only 12hours old. Had to pay £32 in the end. Bunch of jokers.

Typed all my details into the website, got an instant phone call saying they can do it cheaper than the website. Transferred me to another company which I had never heard of who then asked for ALL of my details. Firstly, I did not give you permission to call me (I stated email only on the contact info) and whats the point of giving all my details if you ignore them and pass me round to someone else. No thanks.
