“Customer service is excellent. Very friendly and helpful! Sadly the Fiat Ducato rear window blinds I received, were missing a row of hangers - but they sent them out for next day delivery. The top and bottom rails weren’t a great fit and it was very difficult to get the stop ends into them. Then, the end of one of my top rails needed filing as there was excess metal and dried paint on the end, making it impossible to thread the hangers. 10/10 for customer service, but 5/10 for the product. Sorry guys, it took me twice as long to fit them thanks to the issues.”

“I ordered a front splitter for my crafter 2019. Arrived vey quickly, packaged very well. No damage. The splitter was fine. The fixings in my opinion are poor. 3 x nut and bolts and 4x self tapping screws. The nuts and bolts are fine allthough i replaced for nylock nuts and the screws are useless. These also sbould be nuts and bolts of which again i replaced. Thanks team”

“Thus process was so Easy , I called into Van Pimps in Sileby and made the Purchase of Two Windows for my Nissan NV400. The Order was placed and within 15 Minutes I was away to fit my Windows they are the Business they look fantastic thank you Van Pimps 😀 👍”
