“Have recently received a 6 step universal ladder for our Renault master LWB 2013 plate. Great service on phone, prompt next day delivery and great looking product which was easy to fit. No issues, very happy with it. Let's hope it lasts as well as it went on.”

“I ordered some new keys for my roof tube and they came very quickly. Howver I find it unsafe it being that easy to obtain new keys for a roof tube. What would stop someone doing this to be able to steal anything out of anyone else's tubes?”

When processing replacement pipe carrier keys, we always check our systems to locate the original order and ask for the serial number on the lock/key to ensure theft does not happen.
