“Prompt delivery when ordered. and immediate on-line response with help from advisor when needed. Price I paid for my ip cams were a lot less than other retail companies Would recommend Use-ip and give them 5 stars.”

“I've installed many analogue CCTV systems in the past which have proved mediocre in quality, therefore recently I decided it was time I moved to I.P based systems. This was a sharp learning curve, but with initial advice from Use-ip.co.uk on the systems and great technical support after I had installed it, along with fast delivery, everything was easy.”

“Excellent company to deal with. I purchased several HikVision cameras which were delivered promptly the next day. Notification received of despatch with a tracking number. Prices were also the best i could find for genuine European Stock (not Chinese import). Use-IP stock a large range of products to meet the majority of requirements.”

“Have dealt with Use-ip for last three years. Professional to deal with & good to their word. They follow up by emailing formal Invoice and tracking number for shipping which is great. Products are always as described on website”

“Great product and some great explanations to how the product works. These dual stream POE cameras fit perfectly in the soffits of the house. One stream connects to a Legrand Vantage system for touch screen display and the other to a dropbox cloud service and in-house NVR. Easy to setup, great picture, perfect night vision highly recommended.”

“I have found all the staff with whom I have had contact to be helpful and knowledgeable. Orders are fulfilled promptly and pricing is mostly competitive. My one criticism is the website; it can be difficult to search and drill down. Like many similar sites, the search facilities could be much improved generally, and, in particular, by having an "exclude" option. Overall, Use-IP is a good company to deal with.”

“Hi, I called last year regarding our current CCTV setup and received free support over the phone. We was not happy with the setup we received from the contractors that installed our system. Since then I've ditched the company. In future the school will look to buy the hardware from USE-IP because of the very competitive pricing and free support. Use-IP have also assisted me personally with a home setup and even returned an item to swap it out without any hassle. Keep up the good work! Thanks Phil”

“I have ordered a dozen Hikvision cameras from Use-IP.co.uk over the last year and I have always found the company to be very professional, orders are processed quickly and any issues dealt with efficiently (I had one camera fail to power up and the return and replacement process was handled without fuss). I would definitely recommend them.”
