“Great prompt service with great prices”

“I discovered Use-IP whilst searching on line for the best deals on network cameras. What sets this company apart from many others is not only are they very competitive on price but they are a first class professional company with obvious in depth knowledge of CCTV installations. Their web site contains a very informative forum which also has useful guides to common questions and provides links for firmware updates and instructions on installing them. I was new to IP cameras and they answered all my pre sales questions promptly and accurately. During the past few months I ordered two different Hikvision vandal domes using the free delivery service and on both occasions they arrived very well packaged the next day. The Hikvision products were prime quality items intended for the UK market and supplied with Hikvision and Use-IP support. Beware of other companies supplying grey imports not intended for the UK market which may lead to on going software and support issues. I will be expanding my CCTV system soon and will be using Use-IP again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“I have purchased a number of cameras and IP DVR NAS over the past year and the service from Use-IP has been faultless. Their response to queries both pre and post sales is exemplary and always clear and concise. If you are not sure that you are asking the correct question, don't worry, they still have the correct answer and will guide you in the right direction. I recommend them to everyone with any CCTV requirements.”

“Order two Hikvision DS-2CD2632F-IS CCTV cameras. Called up Use-IP before placing the order and had some real helpful pre-sales support on the best product for our needs. The after sales support was also great and responded quickly to questioned I raised via email. First time I've used them, but will definitely be going back to them for addition cameras.
