“I found Use-Ip more by luck than anything else and i was very happy i did . I needed a mounting bracket for a Hikvision dome and found just what i needed in stock ,i made a quick phone call to them to ask some questions about an open box unit which proved to be as new at a great saving which i could pass on to my coustomer .Delivery was spot on as well ,i would happly use them again .”

“The cameras we ordered were on a 14 days lead time. Use-IP came up with a suggestion that the could supply immediately and with a better specification. They arrived the next day.”

“USE-IP are a great company, all items arrive next day and their customer service is excellent from my one experience when I had to ring them, when there was an issue with payment which was nothing to do with them either. Would recommend to others setting up or deploying their own CCTV systems,”

“I was looking for an IP dome camera to connect to an XVision XRN0808E NVR and a work colleague recommended that I should look at use-IP, based on his previous good experience. Their website is clear, easy to use with full product information - only suggestion would be to allow more granularity of pricing in the "Shop By" search facility. I didn't take advantage of the Livechat facility but pleased to note that it was available. Having selected my camera, the ordering & payment process was very straightforward. and the camera arrived within the anticipated delivery time period quoted at order. Device was well-packaged and arrived safely, and works as expected. Overall, a very positive experience and will definitely return to use-IP for any future CCTV purchases.”

“I need to make a confession....I am the ultimate picky customer. As a consequence I am nearly always disappointed. If products look too cheap I worry they are knock offs. I expect to wait ages for delivery. Not so with use-IP. Staff were bright and well-informed when I rang with a query and despite knowing virtually nothing about CCTV beforehand I was soon able to spec up my own system. Products were delivered promptly and the quality for the price was really good. I was confident that if I had trouble setting things up they would be there on the phone to help. With use-Ip I have saved several grand on a professional installation and ended up with a higher spec'ed system.”
