“Great service from Urban Rider. This is the second time I have used them in the past 6 months. The boots I ordered were slightly too small and Urban Rider dealt with the exchange very quickly and efficiently. All communications throughout the transaction were excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly be using Urban Rider again in the future.”

“Really pleased with this jacket. At 6'6" I've struggled to find a jacket long enough and this one is great. Some great detail on the jacket and really nicely made. The removeable liner is great and seems a warm jacket with it in place. The mix of helpful staff, trying on in store and the videos on the website really made the eventual online purchase easy (and fun!) Great jacket and store!”

“Iâ€°ØºÚ¾ve always wanted one of these gorgeous jackets. Iâ€°ØºÚ¾m not a motorcyclist so the purchase was purely for fashion reasons. I decided to visit the store in Fulham to get the size perfect. I opted on the day for the M which felt slightly more 'fittedâ€°ØºÚ¾ than the L. Got home and still wondered about the L so ordered that online only to return the L a few days later. The store was great in acknowledging my return and the staff at the store were very helpful and friendly during my visit - well done Urban Rider for great customer service! Iâ€°ØºÚ¾ll be back for more stuff Iâ€°ØºÚ¾m sure.”

“Arrived much quicker than expected. Excellent quality. The fit is long in the toe and narrow across the ball of the foot. But they felt comfortable. Size 12 in USA came as a size 11 UK and we were expecting a UK10 but overall they fitted well. We were very pleased with the quality. Would definitely purchase from Urban rider again.”
