“Excellent service. I initially purchased a 3-light island light but unfortunately could not keep as it didn't fit properly in our new extension. George at Universal was so helpful in arranging the pick up of the light and delivery of the new pendant light. Would highly recommend.”

“These are good quality lampshades. More expensive than I would usually pay but worth it. I purchased 4 in two separate orders. George in customer services was so helpful, patiently dealing with my various queries. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company or returning to buy again.”

“I loved the look of these lights when I first saw them although they were out of stock. I emailed the company and received a prompt reply. I then had a phone call and two emails keeping me updated. The lights arrived in the date promised. The sales and product support from this company is excellent with a special mention for Debrah.”

“Universal Lighting were very good indeed. After a lot of searching the net for this product, I found them here. Placing my online order was swiftly followed by a phone call confirming my order and thanking me for ordering with them. Good old fashioned customer service that the retail sector seems to be lacking but Universal Lighting have not only have great quality products but customer service that will make us return and recommend to friends.”

“Exactly as described. More expensive than some but worth the extra as this is the third light I have installed and expect it to be the last! Ease of changing the lamp is important and this is easy with a quarter turn to release. Quality of retaining springs with plastic shield is a good feature. Service from Universal Lighting second to none.”
