“Online query promptly and satisfactorily answered, communication regarding lead time was excellent. Lights just installed and bathroom is transformed! Electrician commented on the quality of these lights and said they were "a joy to work with". Top marks for communication, packaging, delivery time and quality. Highly recommend your company and would not hesitate to purchase from you in the future.”

“My review is more about the way in which I was dealt with when I received my lampshade and it was the wrong colour (completely my fault). I cannot fault the company for the way I was handled and the returns and replacement service. I communicated with someone called 'Eddie' who went out of their way to take photos of different colour shades so that I could choose a new one. I am very happy with the replacement shade and would have no hesitation in recommending the company. Thank you”

“Top notch friendly service..I rang for some advice initially, as I'd bought a couple of budget dimmer switches which didn't properly control my kitchen LEDs. After establishing my set-up and confirming the correct dimmer for my needs, Universal then went to great lengths to source the item in my preferred finish. They called back to update me several times while they searching, until they'd located the right item (Which, incidentally, works perfectly). Price was very reasonable too. Highly recommended”
