“Have yet to hang the chandelier as awaiting refurbishment but very impressed with the seller who rang to thank me for the order and inform me of the shipment schedule followed by a good quick delivery. : A rare personal service these days.”

“First I must commend Universal Lighting for their amazing customer service. The lights we received are excellent quality but they were too small for our bathroom. The whole return process and choosing a replacement has been very easy, with fantastic communication from George and Mark. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again.”

“These Dar lampshades are amazing, they look so luxe, have put on clear glass lamp stands - they are just the colour that I have been looking for, but hadn't found anywhere- finishing touch to our beautiful bedroom. Also better price on this site. Very happy with Order and delivery process and they were packed very well.”

“Would definitely order from here again! Placed order online and received confirmation in minutes. Then they rang the following day to inform me they’d received the order and that it’d be dispatched and delivered in a couple of days! Delivery driver also kept me informed of when the delivery would be and arrived when stated!”
