“Excellent service from start to finish. Light ordered arrived within two days of placing the order. Packaging was extremely well done. An enquiry made after delivery was answered most promptly and helpfully by George. Absolutely nothing to fault!”

“Wonderful service from start to finish, I received a call the day after I ordered confirming my order, a nice personal touch. My lights were delivered quickly in perfect condition, very well packaged and they look great now they are on the ceiling. I highly recommend Universal Lighting Services Ltd”

“These Dar lampshades are amazing, they look so luxe, have put on clear glass lamp stands - they are just the colour that I have been looking for, but hadn't found anywhere- finishing touch to our beautiful bedroom. Also better price on this site. Very happy with Order and delivery process and they were packed very well.”

“Would definitely order from here again! Placed order online and received confirmation in minutes. Then they rang the following day to inform me they’d received the order and that it’d be dispatched and delivered in a couple of days! Delivery driver also kept me informed of when the delivery would be and arrived when stated!”

“The workmanship in the Strathmore Lantern is of excellent quality and the finish is perfect. It looks beautiful against the red brick of the house. The company were wonderful to deaal. Incredibly helpful and provided an excellent service throughout. I cannot thank them highly enough.”

“Very good value. The quality of the materials is very good, as is the packaging it came in. I'm glad I bought it from Universal Lighting. The staff went out of their way to help me find the most appropriate fitting, and they despatched my order very quickly. “The Lamp we purchased was very high quality and exactly as described. The service we received was excellent.I asked for it to be delivered on a particular day and I received a call the day after I ordered it to say when it would be despatched.Then I received a text telling me that it had been despatched and would be with me on the day I requested. All in all ,I was very impressed with both the lamp and the customer service. Well done !”

“I love these, the pattern the light creates in the ceiling is beautiful. Also, I’d like to thank Chloe, as she went above and beyond, to get these lights for me. They had two in stock and had to get the third one from Poland. Chloe went out of her way to keep me informed.”
