“Radiator went missing in transit. UK Radiators were unable to locate it for a number of days. It was delivered to an address near to me. I offered to pick it up myself. UK Radiators liaised withe third party to arrange collection. I went collect it at the time agreed. There was no one there when I arrived to collect it. I finally collected it almost a week after the delivery date,. Very poor customer service..”

“We ordered a radiator to replace an older one in our 200 year old holiday home. Becuase it is not occupied 24/7 delivery had to be on a specific date. Unfortunately, carrier called before the requested date but UK Radiators made sure it was re-delivered on the requested date at no cost. Thank you for delaing with this so promptly. The radiator looks lovely and was part of a refresh of our bathroom on a budget. Looks lovely and so pleased with it.”
