“Missing items in the original delivery but email responses good. When the missing parts were delivered they were bashed and boxes damaged but luckily all in tact. It appears that this was the courier not UK radiators. Happy with look and quality of the radiator.”

“We weren’t in when the radiator was delivered but we were able to reschedule for a time when we were which was good, good communication!”

“Omeara double panel radiator in anthracite delivered next day along with matching trv valve. The finish of the radiator is flawless and excellent value as is the trv valve and lock shield. I had to change an item on my order, both telephone and email contact was dealt with speedily and efficiently. 5 stars from me.”

“The company is responsive with a good, friendly customer service team and excellent email turnaround. They should perhaps reconsider the current delivery partner in my area, which doesn't match the quality of the website and customer service team.”
