“Radiator is great. Took a long time to arrive and was not easy to find out what was happening that said it did arrive on time and product quality is good.”

Hi Kirstie, I'm glad to hear you're happy with the radiator, but I'm sorry to hear that it took longer to arrive than expected. This was showing as out of stock at the time you placed your order, however, the arrival of the goods into the UK took a little longer than we'd advised. This was an item ordered from one of our third-party suppliers who didn't inform us of the delay, so off the back of this and to avoid it happening again in the future, will be improving the backorder process to ensure we can keep all customers updated on the status of their order. “We are very happy with both the service received and the radiators themselves. Unfortunately, having them fitted during a pandemic means we'll need to wait to show them off properly, although the few folks that have seen them (the plumber, the postman and the window cleaner) have made reference to how well they look. With that in mind, I've included a couple of images of the rads in situ, just because I can. Thank you very much”
