“Let down by your courier company, they delivered only one part of the order which was the radiator but lost the second part which was the valves. I had to go buy the valves elsewhere. If it wasn’t for the fact I had booked a plumber I would have returned it all and still very disappointed that I have non matching valves and radiator.”

“The radiator arrived with no instructions and parts missing from the package. When we emailed highlighting this they asked us to check the parts weren’t there…like we hadn’t checked!!! Once instructions were received it transpired that other items were missing!!!”

“The two electric thermostatically controlled towel rails arrived on time and in perfect condition. One already installed and working great. Very pleased to get the inhibitor and a little funnel to fill the towel rail. I am a very satisfied customer.”
